All items can be exchanged or refunded. We will happily accept all items given that they have not been damaged, worn, altered or washed. However, items that are on sale or personalized items can't be exchanged or refunded.
Returned items must be accompanied by the original sales on the Same Day of Delivery
Credit for returned or exchanged items will only be applied after the returned goods have undergone a quality control check and have been deemed to be in acceptable conditions.
